The English Gently Smoked Sherry Cask Ltd Edition
A limited-edition single malt from The English, this softly smoky whisky has been matured in a sherry cask for seven years, before being bottled in August 2020. Soft, smoky aromas of raisins, candied orange peel, dates, marzipan, cherries, and leather fill the nose, complemented on the palate by notes of dry oak spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, tobacco, cherries, dried fruit, and honey, with wisps of smoke throughout.
