Description
Offering a deep red colour with violet tinges and a fruit driven nose with ripe dark fruit, some spice and subtle earthy notes; elegant and rounded on the palate, with medium body and soft tannins. With lower tannins and higher acidity, Bonarda pairs well with a good variety of dishes, from chicken to pork, to beef but particularly well with rich sauces like BBQ and Hoisin…try with grilled salmon in hoisin sauce.
