Wine Making

Hand-harvested grapes undergo destemming on arrival at the winery, followed by fermentation in
temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts.
The wine is clarified and filtered, then American oak-aged for six months before bottling. Screwcap
closures ensure maximum varietal freshness, as well as convenience in restaurants or at home

With its deep red appearance and beautiful violet reflections, this Malbec wine presents exquisite notes of plums, cherries and blackberries complemented by soft and delicious vanilla hints from the oak aging. Sweet and velvety tannins on the palate culminating in a delicious, lingering finish.
