Orders must be placed before 11am for our next day delivery. Orders placed after 11am will be counted as being placed the following working day.
Orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed online on Friday after 11am will be processed on Monday

If you live close to us (within 15 miles) we offer free delivery for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 there is a £4.50 delivery fee.

You may cancel your order with us up to 14 days from the date you receive your goods. Bottles must be unopened and returned to us in good condition.
In order to cancel your order you must get in touch by calling us on 01400 230679 or emailing email@example.com. We will arrange a courier to collect the order from you.
We will reimburse your order less the transportation costs within 30 days of cancellation.
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.

Once the goods are received we will reimburse your order within 30 days.
