Orders and Shipping
If you order by 11am we will ship your order on an overnight delivery.
At peak times, however our couriers cannot guarantee an overnight but they will message you with a delivery estimate.
To register go to My account. Enter your email address. We will then send you an email with your onetime password for you to register.

You can track your order here by entering the order number and the email address used when placing the order.
You will receive order status updates from us as we process your order, once we hand it over to the courier they will then keep you informed of a delivery time.
Please ensure you add a mobile telephone number when ordering.
We only use safe payment gateways to process your payments. Therefore any card details you leave with us are handled by the gateway, keeping your details sage and secure.
We ship to all parts of the United Kingdom. If you would like us to ship outside of this area please get in touch for a shipping quote.
We ship in boxes of 1, 2 3, 6 and 12, so keeping your order within these quantities helps us to save waste. We aim to ship your complete order in one delivery unless of course we’ve contacted you to say otherwise

Returns and Exchanges
You may cancel your order with us up to 14 days from the date you receive your goods. In order to cancel please get in touch and we will arrange a courier to collect the order from you.

Please get in touch if we’ve made a mistake we will rectify it as soon as possible.
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
Any authorised returns must be handled by our couriers we will arrange this once your return has been authorised.

Some wines are available for Pre-Order when we know we have a guaranteed supply. This is noted on the product page – “can be back ordered”
