If you order by 11am we ship your order on an overnight delivery.
However at peak times our couriers cannot guarantee an overnight service so it could be a day or two.
If you don’t like the wine supplied by us then please get in touch to arrange the return of the wine within a month and we will refund your money without delay.
If your order hasn’t left us we can change the shipping address please get in touch.
You will receive order status updates from us as we process your order, once we hand it over to the courier they will then keep you informed of a delivery time. Please endure you add a mobile telephone number when ordering.

If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
