Horsebox Bar
Our horsebox which we had professionally converted to the highest standard by local company RH Events during lockdown brings a touch of class to any event. Being a wine company we serve the finest wines along with draught lager, bottled beers soft drinks, spirits and cocktails.
We can source your favourite tipple no matter how obscure and even tailor a bespoke drinks menu to compliment your day.
Included in our booking fee, we provide everything needed for a perfect bar service. From happy professional staff and event licences through to hand picked garnishes, and a choice* of biodegradable or glassware.
Our horsebox has onboard chillers, ice machine and hot and cold running water.
We can be completely self sufficient running on our generator power or plug into a nearby electric point.
Available for weddings, parties, anniversaries, festivals and public events we’re passionate about making your day one to remember.
Mobile Bar
Our mobile bar is great for events in village halls, private houses or under the cover of a marquee. We can adjust the size & look of the bar to suit the venue whilst still giving you everything needed for a professional bar service.
It’s great for larger events and can be paired with our horsebox bar for the ultimate indoor / outdoor occasion.
We serve a full range of drinks from our mobile bar including draught lager, chilled beers, cider, soft drink, spirits and cocktails along with our fabulous wines.

Stretch Tent Hire
Coming this summer our brand new stretch tent will be available to hire to compliment any of our bars or simply hired on it’s own.
From weddings to parties, corporate events and festivals, our stretch tent is the perfect match for every occasion.
Made from certified fire retardant, waterproof stretch material our tent which is 15m x 10m can be shaped to suit your needs and is extremely versatile with the option of having all the sides up or creating a dome with one or more sides down to match your occasion.
The simplicity of a stretch tent creates sheer elegance. that will wow your guests.
The tent has a capacity of up to 150 people standing or 60 people comfortably seated with space for a dancefloor. Options to add our matting, lighting and decor are also available.
The hire fee includes set up and take down one day before and one day after the event. For full details get in touch.
Packages
Weddings
Choose from one of our pre selected drinks packages or tailor your own package for your guests. We’ll happily work with caterers so that your special day is completely stress free, providing some or all of the drinks for the wedding meal.
Once the formal side of the day has concluded we can open up the bar(s) and get on with the fun stuff. Our bars can be fully stocked with a range of drinks or drinks chosen by you.
Our bars can operate as either a cash bar (guests pay as they go), open bar (the hosts pays at the end) or a subsidised bar (host pays up to a certain amount).
We include 2 members of staff with your booking fee and glassware for the drinks we serve.
Each wedding is unique and we work with every couple to ensure that their perfect day is exactly that for them and their guests.
Private Events
Whether your planning a fantastic 50th birthday, a Golden wedding anniversary or simply getting friends and family together. We can provide the drinks you’d like, all the necessary licences, friendly professional staff to ensure you and your guests have the best time.
You choose how you would like the bar to operate either as a cash bar (guests pay as they go), open bar (the hosts pays at the end) or a subsidised bar (host pays up to a certain amount).
Whichever bar you choose we can tailor the drinks to your very own bespoke package. Have our friendly staff serve arrival drinks and then let them choose from the bar later.
Public Events
Our bars are available to attend any public event – & the bigger the better. From food fairs to charity events, village fetes and music festivals we’d love to come along and keep your guests and customers happy.
Our bars a fully licenced and insured for public liability with all risk assessments’ taken care of.
Drinks can be served in our biodegradable plastic, taking care of the environment.

FAQ's
Bar Hire
The hire cost for one of our bars is £200 this in non refundable and payable upon booking. However if your bar bill exceeds £1500 we refund the cost of the hire from your final bill
The cost of hire covers the following:
- Secures your date
- Two members of our friendly staff
- Bespoke drinks menu planning
- All chillers and appropriate glassware for your chosen products
- Wireless & contactless payment system
- Power if needed from our generator
- Necessary licences and all insurances.
There is no minimum spend however when your bill exceeds £1500 we duduct the cost of the hire fee from your final invoice.
Dry hire is available the cost is £700 per day or £200 per hour & includes two members of staff and glassware as required. However we do stipulate as we are a wine company that any wines served are purchased from Wriggly Tin Wine at our normal retail prices.
We are based in on the border of Lincolnshire . Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, but we don’t mind travelling for a good party. Mileage is sometimes charged at £1 per mile each way
Stretch Tent Hire
The total cost to hire our tent is £1150, to secure your date for the stretch tent a non refundable deposit of £400 is required on booking.
The stretch tent hire is £1150 for a weekend and includes the following:
- Set up on the Friday, take down on the Monday/ Sunday
Mileage for delivery is charged at £1 per mile.
A damage deposit of £2000 must be made available 1 week prior to the booking. With the balance being refunded upon collection & inspection of the tent.
Synthetic matting and festoon lighting is available to hire with our tent for £400 per weekend & includes the use of our generator if power is not available.
